Press Release Summary: Dubai, 6/03/2008- SNS, a leading supply chain services
provider, is proud to announce that it has signed a Warehouse Management provided by
SPAN Group and an Integration Solution engagement with IATCO, a Leading FMCG
distributor in Saudi Arabia for their new Third Party Logistics services to Proctor
and Gamble in Dammam.

Press Release Body: IATCO is the exclusive distributor of P&G goods and other FMCG
products such as Clorox, Quaker and United Riceland in the Saudi Market and one of
the Kingdom\'s largest and most respected firms providing distribution and sales, as
well as a host of other value-added services.

The new 3PL facility in Dammam is to handle the finished goods (mainly detergents)
originating from the P&G factories and to serve as a hub for the Gulf and
Middle-East region distribution (land and sea).

The warehouse management solution provided by SNS would enable IATCO to properly
handle the P&G stock, successfully track its warehouse stock at the batch level,
reduce the order cycle time, and minimize the picking mistakes.

The project will also include an integration solution with P&G SAP in order to
minimize the paper work, increase the response time, enhance the electronic formats,
and ensure the reconciliation of stock between both systems. The integration
solution will include multiple touch points such as Advance Shipment Notice import
and export, Shipment Orders import and Export, Hold Management and Stock Adjustment.
